Thank you very much for visiting one of my two JustGiving pages in memory of my sister Karen Griffiths and in support of the Parchute Regiment Charity. Karen passed away 10 years ago on the 22nd of February 2002 from Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia.

I've completed the Commando 17K challenge (June 16th) and now it's onto the Parachute Regiment " P Company" Challenge. This is a rough terrain, 10 mile cross country run/speed march wearing boots, army issue trousers and carrying a 35LB Bergen on my back. My aim is to finish inside the Para's selection time of 1 hour 50 mins. 

Once again many thanks, it really means a lot to me and to The Parachute Regiment Charity, so please give what you can.
