Thanks for taking the time to visit mourJustGiving page.

We are taking part in an 8 hour relay challenge at King Eddie's Bay in Saturday 29th June. The 0.4 mile loop will be ran continuously between 10am and 6pm. Last year's event raised an amazing £3000... Across the 8 hours a total of 2,249 loops were completed covering a total of 898 miles and climbing 292,370 stairs. This gave a total elevation up the stairs of 213,655ft. This year we want to raise more money and want more runners be part of this amazing community event all in aid of the brilliant TVLB.

Tynemouth Volunteer Life Brigade is a voluntary shore based coastal rescue team. We specialise in Rope Rescue, Water Rescue & Coastal Search and Rescue. Operating from our Watch House Museum in Tynemouth, we need to raise at least £35,000 each year to maintain our rescue team & free-to-visit museum.
