I'm supporting Down’s Syndrome Scotland because they are the only charity in Scotland dedicated solely to supporting people with Down’s syndrome and their families and carers.

My daughter Cora has just turned 12 and will be transitioning to secondary school later this year. DS Scotland are supporting us through this with their family support service assiting with things like school meetings and helping the school prepare for Cora arriving to ensure she makes a positive start to high school.

The Kiltwalk is a great event to participate in and I'm looking forward to completing it for the 4th time. I'm part of a fundraising team DS Scotland ABC Striders along with fellow DS Scotland parent Katy Lironi, her daughter Matilda and her best friend Naomi.
