SNAP is a charity that gives a lot of support to a lot of deserving people. It's a local charity that's aim is simply to offer an answer to people who have gone a long time without any definite s. Parents and carers are so in need of emotional support, respite, and information- even if it's just an open and frank discussion. It can be a lifeline for a family that wouldn't otherwise have one.
