Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have been working to get healthy and a little more active over the last months. I still have a some way to go :-)

Along with a group of like-minded people, we are each getting out and doing 5k, 10k or 30 mins outdoors every day in May.

I am aiming to clock up around 300km of activity in the month which is ~300km more than I have done in the last few years!  It is going to be fun discovering how this goes :-)

I'd love your support and motivation and a great way would be to make a donation to the Samaritans who are doing so much to help people needing someone to talk to in these super-challenging times.
