This year I'm taking part in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival for Prostate Cancer UK. Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. That's one dad, partner, brother, son, grandad, uncle or mate.

In my case it's my grandad who is arguably my favourite human being. Thankfully he is in a good place due to the amazing treatment he is receiving which is down to the hard work and fundraising from charities like Prostate Cancer UK.

Therefore, I'm raising money to help continue fund lifesaving research and support families like mine which I'm very grateful for.
