In the run up to International Women's Day, we are calling for teams of five brave individuals to take up the challenge of cycling at least 500 miles in one week, raising much-needed funds to help Smart Works clients transform their lives.

Story

In the run up to International Women's Day, we are taking part in a team cycling challenge, raising much-needed funds to help Smart Works clients transform their lives.  Some of us are even thinking, weather permitting, of doing 100 miles in a day, which will be a bit of a challenge given how few daylight hours there are at the beginning of March.

Smart Works provides unemployed women across the UK with the clothes, coaching and confidence to get a job.  Smart Works has helped over 15,000 women through its award-winning interview clothing and coaching service. After a visit to Smart Works, 64% of women get the job within a month.  Our cycling for Smart Works means more women in Scotland will feel encouraged, connected and empowered.
