NHS staff and volunteers are doing amazing work right now in caring for COVID-19 patients.Together, let's show our respect and gratitude as they work tirelessly in the face of the virus. It's our turn to make sure we look after them, to ensure they can keep doing their vital work.

My wife & I are going to attempt a marathon of burpees (2620 each) on Saturday 25th April 2020.

We have 2 young boy's (3&5 years old) at home so we will be doing an hour each all day whilst tag teaming the boys in lockdown!

We are hoping to do it in under 10 hours to raise money for the NHS staff and volunteers.

I am encouraging my awesome bootcamp member's to join us in the marathon in their own way to help raise as much money as we can.

Craig Potter who is an awesome bootcamp member has contacted me to say that he would love to join in the 2620 burpees at the same time from his house which is awesome!

Keith Gifford who is another awesome bootcamp member is going to be doing as many burpees as he can in just over 2 hours starting at 9am!
