Story
This April I’ve decided to run the London Marathon for a second time, having strangely enjoyed the experience in 2007. The amazing camaraderie of the runners and monumental support by the mass of spectators gave an experience that I’d love to be involved in again.
There is also clearly a serious side to the marathon and I certainly wouldn’t choose to run around London if there wasn’t something to be gained from engaging in such a seemingly pointless task.
The charity that I’ve chosen to run for is called The Migraine Trust which, as the name suggests, attempts to offer help and research into all things Migraine. The Migraine Trust is a relatively small charity, utterly reliant on the goodwill of the public in the form of voluntary donations in order to help the sufferers of this most debilitating ailment.
Anything you can spare from the price of a pint to the price of an Aston Martin will be HUGELY appreciated.
Many thanks
Ed
