As many of you may know in 2003 I ran the New York Marathon and managed to raise over £2000 for Cancer Research. I'm now trying to go one better and complete the Las Vegas Triathalon!! Its a full International Distance Triathalon (1.5 Swim, 40k Bike, 10k Run) and of course i will be doing it in the heat of the Nevada desert!
