Hi everyone. On 31st October I will be undertaking an indoor cycle ride for The Humane League UK. THL are a fantastic charity that help improve the conditions and welfare of animals.

I'll be cycling for 12 hours, however if the following targets are hit, I'll go a bit further! 

£500 = 16 hours

£1000 = 24 hours
