My friend Tara has Cystic Fibrosis

This a cold hard medical fact, but the human and emotional aspects of her story are far more important than that statement. She has chosen to take that diagnosis and flourish through it. She has used it as a springboard to influence and her work with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has raised hundreds of thousands of pounds towards research funding that strives every day to bring an end to cystic fibrosis.

Now its my turn to stand alongside her in her fight. And I feel honoured and privileged to do so. However it won't involve too much standing. It'll be more like running. 26 miles of running. And I can't do it without your support. Please give generously to this incredible cause. And to fund my pain. And suffering. And sweat.
