I'm jogging 28 miles for Mental Health

Edward Sheldon is raising money for Mental Health Foundation

Jog 28 Miles in February Challenge · 1 February 2026 to 28 February 2026 ·

The Mental Health Foundation believe no-one living in the UK should be deprived of the opportunity for good mental health because of who they are, the community they come from or where they live. We’re developing better ways to support good mental health in every community.

Story

Poor mental health is rising fast - and too many people are reaching breaking point.

I'm taking on Jog 28 miles in Feb challenge for Mental Health Foundation to help stop the crisis before it starts. One mile at a time.

Sadly, we all know someone affected by poor mental health - and the number of people struggling is rising at an alarming rate. We must prevent people getting to crisis point and put a stop to the UK’s mental health emergency.

Mental Health Foundation is here for everyone, with resources, tips and advice to help manage mental health.

💜 Just £12 could help continue research and strengthen the evidence on how to prevent mental health problems.

Every pound you donate will make a difference. Thank you so much for supporting me. 🙌
