My mum was diagnosed with Melanoma skin cancer last year. It is the worst feeling ever to find out your mum has cancer. But mum is an inspiration and just cracks on-even after having pain every day from her operation and many sleepless nights. She really wanted a challenge to give her some motivation to get fit this year, so she asked us to take part in a marathon with her. The marathon itself will be a challenge but mum is currently undergoing immunotherapy treatment, so all your support will be needed to get us through. We are hiking a marathon in the Peak District in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support and hope we can raise lots of money to help.
