Efficient Portfolio's Fundraising for 2020-2021 · 18 March 2020

Sparks raises money to fund pioneering child health research across the UK, helping to find new treatments and cures for children and families who desperately need them.

Story

"As a father of 2, I want to help to raise money and awareness to help the children and families of those less fortunate than ourselves"-  Charlie Reading, Founder of Efficient Portfolio.

As a company we believe that children deserve the best possible healthcare. Whilst our medical resources have dramatically improved in the last 50 years, there are still no treatments or cures for children with complex and rare conditions. The only way we can help is to raise money for much needed research and support.

Child health research is severely underfunded and needs our support. Currently, one in three children with a rare condition won't live to celebrate their fifth birthday. The invaluable work that Sparks do can save lives. For critically ill children there is no time to lose.

Over the next 12 months, Efficient Portfolio will be taking part in  the London Marathon, The Iron Man in Tallinn (Estonia) and we will be organising a charity golf day and the Horseshoe Dinner, which will bring together local business owners for a charity event to boost our fundraising.

Any support you can give will help to save critically ill children, so we are incredibly grateful for your help.
