I am doing this run in memory of a dear friend Julie who died at the young age of 41 years old (see insert photo).  This is a terrible disease which can affect anyone, any age and very often strikes without warning .  Every penny MND raise will help support individuals and families who are unfortunate enough to be affected by Motor Neuron.
