As a member of staff at the outstanding South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust, I get to witness daily the amazing work of the staff. The Trust have recently employed two specialist Dementia nurses along with an Activities Coordinator who provide wonderful care . I want to help the team by raising funds so they can purchase a range of reminiscent equipment , patient-centred activities and also fund entertainment sessions.
