Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Andrew, Brian, Darren, Diane, Ian, Jim, Michael, Patricia, Sarah and Steven are sleeping out in Belfast on the 6th October, whatever the weather, to help tackle the root causes of youth homelessness.  Every year, 83,000 young people find themselves without a place to stay. They are giving up their beds for one night to make a positive difference to these young people’s lives.

Action for Children works directly with 390,000 children, young people, their families and carers, and last year Byte Night raised over £1.2 million to support this vital work.

A donation of just £5 could pay for a hot meal for a homeless young
person while
£10 could pay for basic toiletries or a hygiene set
for a young person who doesn’t have the basics.  Raising £60 could help Action for Children arrange supported lodgings with a caring family for a young homeless person to give them a safe, secure place to live.

Thank you for your support.
