Emma James Physio is supporting Champneys in their Bike, Trike Hike charity event to raise as much as we can for Children In Need & Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

We are putting together a team of five and biking or triking (rickshaw) for two miles to a designated location set within the beautiful Tring countryside. We will then embark on a six-mile hike, before returning back to your bikes and trikes for the two-mile cycle back to the resort.

Why not come along and show your support and have a fun filled day with the family! Join us at Champneys Tring, Chesham Road, Wigginton, Hertfordshire, HP23 6HX on Saturday 8th October 2016. For those not taking part, our entertainment programme will start from 12.30pm with the day finishing around 6pm. Please note that parking options will be available and free of charge.
