I am taking that chance! In 2021 I will be climbing the Three Peaks– the highest peaks in the UK – within 36 hours. I will travel over 725 km, climb over 3000 meters with having less than 4 hours of sleep. But I need some help to do it and not only me.

This climb is about testing my physical and mental health for a greater good – help others! The Three Peaks Challenge helps the Meningitis Research Foundation. It is a charity organization that “brings together people and expertise to defeat meningitis
and septicaemia wherever it exists”.

Did you know that meningitis and neonatal sepsis are the second biggest infectious killer of children under the age of five on the planet? It is affecting more than 5 million people every year! I was shocked to learn that it can kill you within 12 hours. These diseases are responsible for more deaths of children under the age of 5 than malaria, measles, tetanus and AIDS combined.

The Meningitis Research Foundation aims at defeating meningitis by 2030 and I want to contribute by taking this challenge. Will you stand by and help me to help those who need it most?
