I am taking on the epic challenge of rappelling down the 11 story Lister tower block in our Lister Abseil challenge this May!This challenge is in aid of the East and North Hertfordshire Hospitals Charity, please donate to help the charity to fund projects that enhance patient care at the Lister, New QEII and Hertford County hospitals & Mount Vernon Cancer Centre! 

I am joining the abseil team as a thank you for all the support we have received for Ryan (my son) and his accidents and tonsillectomy and also the ongoing care that Joe (my father in law) is receiving with his dementia and kidney cancer.
