Mathew and I are taking part in this year’s 5K Colour Rush run taking place on the 21^st June at Ripley Castle, North Yorkshire.

The competitors race the 5k in white clothing while being doused with multi-coloured paint, crossing the finish line as a one off masterpiece.

We are  hoping to raise as much as possible for Saint Michaels hospice, a charity which helps people and families with terminal illness, and would be grateful for your support in the form of sponsorship.
