This year i decided to take part in the race for life because of Gillian a close friend of my daughter and I.  Last year Gillian died of breast cancer, she was a strong, caring Christian woman who always went out of her way to help others, she was a sunday school teacher, a girls brigade captian, she was a brilliant singer in the choir and more than anything she loved her family so much. She was loved by so many and will never ever be forgotten, she will always be a special person in our lives and in the lives of many others. She made such a great impact on the lives of others, always living her life with Jesus first, others second and herself last.
