Story
Cystic Fibrosis Ireland are going Virtual with their '6.5km Remembrance Walk'. Due to Covid-19 I am staying safe at home and there is no better time for me to get my exercise in and sure why not raise money for CF Ireland while doing it. I aim to try and do a walk of up to 6.5 km every day for the month of April (weather permitting of course, If not I'll hit the treadmill!) Everyone across the country can partake in this 6.5km Remembrance Walk event, however and whenever possible. Whether it's your weekly walk to the shop, a daily stroll, running around the garden even!
Any donations received will go directly to CF Ireland. 65 roses day was also due to take place on April 10th but had to be cancelled due to Covid-19, this campaign was named after how children learn to pronounce cystic fibrosis. It's a huge day for fundraising and fortunately people can still do this by giving online donations.
These events will help to continue to increase public awareness of Cystic Fibrosis and raise funds for CF Ireland, so they can continue to provide support and services for people with CF.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, any donation is greatly appreciated.
