In October 2018, I had the amazing opportunity to go gorilla trekking through the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda and was humbled to be in the presence of our closet relative. The conservation efforts are critical because their numbers have declined due to poaching and destruction of their natural habitat. Please help me achieve my goal of completing the London Marathon while helping The Gorilla Organization with their conservation efforts.

2020 has been a challenging year for everyone. The 2020 London Marathon was planned for April, then postponed to October which became a virtual run, and all runners are deferred. I will be participating in the October virtual event and plan to run the London Marathon in person in October 2021.
