Story
Join me in the "88 Squats a Day in July 2026" challenge, a sporting event taking place on 28 May 2026, where every squat counts towards powering the fight to find a cure for all types of brain tumours. I admit, I haven't done a squat in quite some time, but this challenge is my way of contributing to the very underfunded research that so many desperately need.
My plan is simple yet impactful: I will do 7.3333333 squats each time I take my medication—12 times a day—totaling 88 squats daily throughout July. This challenge fits into any lifestyle—no gym required and no matter how busy you are, you can make it work. Together, we can make a real difference for the more than 1,000 people diagnosed with brain tumours every month.
I invite you to support this cause by donating whatever you can towards our target of £150. Your generosity will fuel vital research and bring hope to countless lives affected by brain tumours. Let’s turn every squat into progress and show that even small actions can lead to big change. Wish me luck, and please join me in making every squat count!
