Our son Adam and his partner Katie have just become parents to gorgeous identical twins Finn and Noah. The boys arrived a few weeks early and Noah had to undergo life-saving surgery on his second day.

Fortunately, both boys and their mum are receiving the best possible care from the fantastic neonatal teams at Jessops Hospital and Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust. There's still a long way to go, but having that level of support means everything to us all right now. And, as very proud and grateful grandparents we want to have some way of saying 'thank you'. 

Because we need to remain socially distanced, we're playing our part by raising money for these fantastic institutions from home. To do so, we've committed to a 21-day plan of Royal Canadian Airforce Exercises. These include a daily mix of sit-ups, push-ups, back-bends, toe-taps and many other gruelling manoeuvres.
