2021 marks 25 years of Jeremiah’s Journey an amazing charity that helps bereaved children to cope with the death of a loved one. 

After my mum passed away in 2001, my brother and I went to sessions at Jeremiah’s Journey. I remember my time there so fondly and I would be so grateful for any contributions to help more children like me to feel supported in such a difficult time.
