I am talking Ng part in the Mighty Stroll in Aberdeen Kiltwalk 2024 and stage hiking from John O'Groats to Lands End to fundraising for SAMH to raise awareness for mental health and to allow SAMH to help others with substance and mental health issues.

I completed the first 351 mile stage from John O'Groats to Glasgow (George Square) in May of 2022, extending another 92 miles to Lockerbie in May 2023, and I hiked 320 miles of stage 3 of the JOGLE in August/September 2023 to Birmingham.

I plan on hiking stage 4 of the Jogle from Birmingham to Minehead between the 16th March and Good Friday 2024. The fifth and final stage of the Jogle I have planned for May/June 2024 

I am doing this because I had a lot of mental health issues between 2019 and 2021, and I don't want others to suffer in silence.
