I took part in the Mighty Stroll in Aberdeen Kiltwalk 2024, and again this year in 2025; that together with my stage hiking adventure from John O'Groats to Lands End, I am fundraiser for SAMH and to raise awareness for mental health. So that SAMH can help others with mental health issues.

I completed the first 351 mile stage from John O'Groats to Glasgow (George Square) in May of 2022, extending another 92 miles to Lockerbie in May 2023; I hiked 320 miles of stage 3 of the JOGLE in August/September 2023 to Birmingham. I hiked stage 4 of the Jogle from Birmingham to Minehead between the 16th March and Good Friday 2024.

I will take part in the 18-mile long Aberdeen Kiltwalk again June, and will walk the fifth and final stage of the Jogle in the late-summer of 2025

I am doing this because I had a lot of mental health issues between 2019 and 2021, and I don't want others to suffer in silence.
