Charlie Alexander Davies was diagnosed at 5 months old, in 2011 with Acute Lymphoblastic Lymphoma. Charlie's small body was literally riddled with tumours and he came very close to losing his sight and movement of his legs. 

Charlie underwent 2 and a half years of gruelling chemotherapy at the Children's Hospital for Wales in Cardiff and always kept a smile on his face. Now nearly 4 years old Charlie doesn't remember any of the pain or treatments, just the fuss that's made of him when he visits for check-ups!

LATCH supported Charlie and his family tremendously during this time, and continue to support many other children and their families facing similar ordeals. Charlie finished his treatment in April 2013 and now his family and friends are running to raise funds for LATCH to say 'thank you' for the help they gave Charlie.
