Event: Great Manchester Run Half Marathon 2022, on 22 May 2022
We fund equipment, facilities and research to make the best care possible for patients

Story

In early December, my cousins little girl, Fifi, was diagnosed with hepatoblastoma liver cancer at 21 months old.

It has been an incredibly difficult time for the family as Fifi has spent a lot of time in hospital undergoing chemotherapy. She has recently undergone an operation to remove the cancer in her liver by the amazing Professor Heaton, which we are hoping after a few more chemotherapy sessions, should remove the remaining cancer.

Support from King’s College Hospital Charity is hugely important to Professor Heaton and his team, enabling them to save so many peoples lives.

I am therefore attempting to run the half marathon on behalf of this amazing charity. Any donations would be hugely appreciated.
