Story

Electric Umbrella are taking place in the 2.6 challenge on Sunday 26th April. You may have heard of it already?

It’s a big campaign designed to help UK charities to survive and ride out this difficult time. This date should have been the London Marathon but like many other important fundraising events it has had to be postponed and that has a massive impact on charities who survive on events like this.

So instead of running the 26 miles. You just need to dream up an activity based around the numbers 2.6 or 26 that suits your skills and complete it on Sunday 26 April – when the 40th London Marathon would have taken place.

This could be something as simple as pledging to run or ride 2.6 miles as your daily exercise, holding the plank for 2.6 minutes, to Baking 26 muffins and selling them to your family!

Tell your friends what you plan to do on Sunday 26th and get them to sponsor you by popping a donation on the page here with your name and challenge beside it.
