I was diagnosed with lung cancer 3 years ago. After having been through a very traumatic time, Maggie’s gave and continues to give me a sense of purpose and structure and the tools to help deal with the problems I face. It’s great to meet like-minded people and to have the opportunity to make new contacts and friends. I know the team at Maggie’s is there for me and my family and this gives me a big sense of comfort and security. The practical and emotional support is invaluable. I want to give something back and doing the culture crawl is one way to thank Maggie’s.
