I am a personal trainer and I believe that every person should love and accept their own abilities, what ever they may be. Some people have it easier than others, but it is my strong opinion that everyone should have the right to live in a fair world. In todays society we have the obligation to treat everyone as equals and with the same respect and love. Any activity and any way that makes you smile is a step closer to happiness.
