I am running the Tatton Park 10k, in memory of my Dad. Sadly, he unexpectedly passed away in 2017 due to a heart attack whilst competing in the Chester Metric Marathon. 

St John's Ambulance were first on the scene and did all they could to save him. 'Restart a Heart' is held every October, where people come together to increase public awareness of cardiac arrests and increase the number of people trained in life saving CPR.

The 8th October 2022 will mark the 5 year anniversary since my Dad passed away, therefore this seems like the perfect tribute to him. Hopefully we can raise some money, to help minimise the amount of families that have to go through this heartbreak. Any donations are really appreciated x
