Cavell Nurses' Trust are here for UK Nurses, Midwives and HCAs, whether working or retired, with money and support when they are living through personal or financial hardship, often because of illness, domestic abuse, disability, working poverty and older age.Put simply, we’re ‘Here for Nurses’.

On Tuesday the 12th of May is International Nurses Day so Perfect Ward are raising money for the Cavell Trust to support nurses during this time. 

In the ten days running up to this I will be doing an exercise challenge in the form of ten reps of whatever exercises are suggested by my donors. When donating simply put a comment in with the exercise you want to watch me fail at. Each day I will select one at random from the comments given alongside the donations. 

NB - if the exercise is not physically possible for me (I am not very fit) I will document myself trying and failing at the exercise suggested and then complete reps of an appropriate substitute (e.g. if you suggest ten one handed pushups you get to watch me fall on my face a couple times trying and I will complete regular pushups as a substitute once establishing it is not possible for me).
