Story

Mae Elis yn 7oed, mae newydd ddechrau rhedeg ac wedi  ei ysbrydoli wrth weld Captain Tom ar y newyddion. Mae wedi penderfynu ei fod am redeg 5k pob dydd trwy gydol mis Mai i godi arian at achos da. Bu farw taid Elis 10 mlynedd yn ol ar ol dioddef o MND a mae’r Darby Rimmer MND Foundation yn codi arian at ymchwil i’r clefyd ac i geisio darganfod ffordd i iachau pobl o’r salwch creulon yma. Mae Elis yn gefngogwr brwd o dim pel-droed Lerpwl a phan glywodd am stori Stephen Darby a’i fod ef yn dioddef o’r un clefyd a’i daid roedd yn teimlo ei fod eisiau gwneud rhywbeth i helpu.

Diolch am ddarllen ei stori.

Our 7year old son Elis has recently started jogging and has been inspired by Captain Tom. He has decided that he would like Run 5k a day throughout May to raise money for a good cause. Elis’ grandfather Iolo passed away from MND 10years ago and the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation raise funds to assist research into the illness and finding a cure. Elis is a huge Liverpool FC supporter and when he found out that Stephen Darby is fighting the same illness that his grandfather fought he felt that he wanted to do something to help.
