Story
Hi guys this friday the staff and trainers at Elite Fitness will be taking part in a 24 hour bike ride.
Each of us will take it in turns to keep the bike moving whilst recording our distance.
We will be running a competition to guess the distance travelled.
Closest guess wins 1 years membership to Elite Fitness
Once the 24 hour ride is complete we will add up the distances and announce the winner.
We are doing this for a great cause
One of our members has been trying to raise money for her daughter to have treatment which is not available on the NHS
