I'm cycling the Cycletta 40km bike ride on the 11th September and raising money for the Alzheimer's Society and particularly for their work on Vascular Dementia which lattertly affected my Grandma.

As a novice exerciser I think I need ALL the motivation that I can possibly get as I still think I am crazy every time I hear the word exercise! Any support you can please give is much appreciated.
