I'm running 13 miles on Sunday in the Great North Run.  I've left my sponsorship a little late, but was slightly more organised with my training - I''m aiming for sub-2 hours; feel free to ask me how I did after the event and hurl abuse if I miss my target!!

I'm raising money for Children North East - they do fantastic work helping disadvantaged children and young people up there, making a real difference to lots of lives.  I spent the first part of my childhood in the north east, which was wonderful - unfortunately there are others aren't so lucky - any sponsorship you can give would be greatly appreciated!!
