Step Up 4 Cardiac Health is a perfect opportunity to bring together friends, family or co-workers together virtually to kick start your day while fundraising to support Cardiac Health at Abbotsford Regional Hospital. We have partnered with Innovative Fitness to step up your fitness game before the event, in a fun, safe virtual way that is suitable for all ages. This virtual session is a value of over $100!
