I'm running the BUPA London 10K in May to raise money for the Sussex Air Ambulance Charity.

I know it's nothing compared to a marathon, but trust me, it will still be a challenge and this is the first long distance run i've done so I need to ease mysef in gently!

Until recently, I hadn't realised how important this charity was, and I also didn't know it is run through a charity. In order for it to carry on saving lives, it relies on donations from people like me and you!

My target is £150, so any small amount contributing to help me achieve this woud be greatly appreciated.
