I am running the Guernsey Marathon on 3rd April. 

The last marathon I did, was in Malta, 9 years ago and the training in the Maltese winter was a little kinder than training in the Guernsey winter! I have now run through many lanes I had never seen before with lovely running buddies. It's been mostly enjoyable!

'This is Epic' is a charity run by my friend in Guernsey. It is a brilliant charity which impacts a huge number of people in Uganda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The work delivers real change. They do not offer a handout to any community they work with, the projects are all about empowerment, opportunity and a help up.
