As you will by now know, I'm climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in September. An adventure which rapidly developed into an opportunity to let you all have a great big laugh at me having to wear combats.

I am raising money for Age UK, as there was a very special lady in my life, who taught me that growing old, was not so bad, if you got to do it gracefully. There are too many elderly people, who, after they have travelled the path of life and paid their dues, are left without these choices. Choices I believe are basic and not to be compromised in later stages of life.

So think towards the future, think of the choices you'd like to have, and donate with grace to an oh so worthy cause.
