125 people die by suicide in the UK every week. That's not okay. That's why this October, I'm taking part in CALMs Lost Hours Walk, to join people across the country in smashing the silence around suicide. The money I raise will be going towards CALM's life-saving services, so they can be there for anyone struggling, no matter what.

This is in memory of my son James, son to Chris too, a wonderful brother to Lizzie, cousin, nephew, friend, grandchild. My daughter Lizzie, my sister Caroline and Finn her dog will be also doing the walk with me .It is also in memory of all those who have passed and experienced mental health problems, and remembering those left behind...
