Every year at Sunlife we take on a Big Charity Fundraiser. For 2019, rather than throw ourselves out of planes on a parachute jump or run silly distances, we decided to take a different approach: an event that is achievable for more employees to participate in, meaning that more of us can get involved in raising much needed funds for our chosen charity - Alive Activities.

Alive is the UK'S leading charity enriching the lives of older people in care and training for their carers. Their mission is to put older people's mental health and wellbeing at the heart of care across the UK. Whether it's through the use of ipads, music, dance or sensory work, they can spark something amazing in some of the hardest to reach people.
