Starting on the 8^th of April I’m cycling with Ellen, my old friend, from Land’s End to John O’Groats for charity and I hope you’ll consider sponsoring us.

It’s an epic journey - 1,200 miles in 30 days and it’s all for the charity Life Cycle. 

They help people of any age or disability to benefit from cycling, with training and access to bikes.  They also train prisoners in bike maintenance and support them to get jobs on release.
