We're back for the Glasgow Kiltwalk 2026!

Last year, your incredible support helped us smash our goal of raising £1,000 for the DAISY Project. This year, we are even more determined, with a larger team walking further and aiming higher. Our ambitious target is to raise £1,500 as we walk a whopping 23 miles for Simon Community Scotland's Connect Hub.

The Connect Hub is a vital community support space for women, providing essential pathways away from and out of homelessness through support, connection, and community.

They offer a wide range of services including:

- Clothing and Shoes

- Hygiene products

- Period products

- Access to food and hot drinks at all times and a hot meal each day

- Shower access

- Digital Inclusion Classes

- Drop-ins from local services – DWP, Energy advice etc.

- Emotional support

- Activities such as yoga, pilates, arts and crafts, and creative workshops (music, drama, and creative writing).

While the charity is funded through Simon Community Scotland, they rely heavily on donations for clothing, shoes, food, and hygiene products. Your generous donation will go directly to supporting women in accessing these essentials. Financially Included has worked collaboratively with The Connect Hub since its inception to help women gain safety, advice, and control over their lives.

The Connect Hub plays an essential role in our community. We are excited about raising funds to help them continue delivering these crucial services to women in Glasgow.
