Story

Myself (Elkie), my husband Aaron and sister-in-law Rowena will be attempting a ‘Sweatember’ challenge in order to raise some money for the Brain Tumour Charity. We have personalised the standard challenge to make it a bit more interesting!

So over the course of the month, we will be aiming to walk 506 miles (1,068,673 steps). This would get us from Stirling to Chester and back. We will also be completing 48 hours of dedicated exercise - 32 mins a day each!

We also each have a personal challenge: Rowena will be planking - 150 minutes over the month, Aaron will complete 1000 pushups and 3000 squats and I will be attempting to hold ‘The Crow’ yoga move for 30 seconds! To round it off, on our last day we will be aiming for an M100 in under 10 minutes - 40 burpees, 30 mountain climbers and 30 squat jumps!

This is all to help raise funds for The Brain Tumour Charity as my brilliant Auntie is currently undergoing treatment.
