Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and a huge thanks to everyone who has donated to date.

I will be riding the length of Britain approx 990 miles in 14 days (totally self funded) with my 2 friends Sarah and Ali as both a challenge to myself and hopefully raise some money for Abby's Heroes.  Our start date is 14th May so only a few weeks to go!! 

Abby’s Heroes exists to support a child that has been diagnosed with cancer, we know it has a devastating impact on the physical, financial and emotional health and wellbeing of the whole family, both during and after treatment and beyond. Abby’s Heroes supports families with a range of practical measures and programmes to help families going through the harsh reality of childhood cancer.

The charity supports children receiving cancer treatment and their families at University Hospital Southampton (one of 19 Regional Paediatric Oncology Centres throughout the UK) living in the Wessex Region which includes Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Dorset, West Sussex, Wiltshire, Surrey and the Channel Islands.

With our business Four Seasons Yacht Charter we have been able to donate prizes during their Fundraising Ball and have had the privilege of taking children with their families out for a sail  making a memorable day for all.  We are just a very small cog in the work that is being done by Abby's Heroes but are grateful to see the joy of escapism being on the water.
